REGULATIONS OF THE TĘCZA RECREATION CENTER IN JABŁONOWIEC
I. General Provisions
The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the Tęcza Recreation Center in Jabłonowiec.
Entry to the premises of the Tęcza Recreation Center is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
The area of the Center is a private area. The owner of the facility has the right to refuse admission and ask any person to leave the premises without giving a reason.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, behaving aggressively or violating the peace, as well as persons who do not comply with the provisions of these Regulations, may be removed from the Center.
Persons staying on the premises of the Center are required to comply with the orders of the staff and security services.
The owner and management of the facility are not responsible for accidents or events resulting from the failure to comply with the Regulations.
II. Rules of Use of the Center
The area of the Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Persons staying overnight in the Center are obliged to check in at the reception on the day of arrival and check out on the day of departure.
The quiet hours in the Center are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Guests staying overnight in the Center are obliged to:
a) maintain cleanliness and order in the accommodation area and throughout the premises,
b) use the facilities and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose,
c) immediately report any damage or defects to the facility staff,
d) pay for any damage caused due to their fault.
It is forbidden to:
a) bring and consume alcohol or other intoxicants,
b) bring glass containers and sharp objects,
c) bring and keep animals without the prior consent of the management,
d) organize bonfires or barbecues outside designated areas,
e) destroy greenery and litter the area,
f) disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.
Children under the age of 12 may stay on the premises only under the supervision of adults.
III. Accommodation Rules
Accommodation in cottages and camping trailers is based on a prior reservation or the availability of free places.
The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and the check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. the next day.
Extending the stay beyond the declared time requires the consent of the management and is possible if there are vacancies.
In case of earlier departure than declared, payment for the unused stay will not be refunded.
The number of people in the accommodation may not exceed the number agreed during check-in.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and equipment of the cottages and trailers during their stay.
IV. Parking
Parking on the premises of the Center is possible only in designated areas.
The Center is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot or any items left in them.
Driving vehicles within the Center should be limited to a minimum and with extreme caution.
V. Responsibility and Safety
Persons using the facilities of the Center do so at their own risk.
The Center is not responsible for accidents and injuries resulting from failure to comply with the Regulations or instructions of staff.
The Center is not responsible for the loss, destruction, or theft of property belonging to guests.
In the event of damage to the property of the Center or other guests, the person responsible is obliged to cover the costs.
VI. Final Provisions
Any complaints and comments regarding the functioning of the Center should be reported to the management.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the decision is made by the management of the Tęcza Recreation Center.
The management reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time.
